Q: Is Tuition Street a tuition centre?
A: NO. Tuition Street is an Online Home Tuition Matching Service Agency. We help
parents/ students find tutors and vise versa help tutors to find students.
Q: Where is the tuition class?
A: Normally parents prefer class conduct at home. However, this is totally up to parents
to choose the place which is convenience to them like office, hostel.
Q: When is the tuition time?
A: This can discuss between parents and tutors before the tuition class start.
Q: How many students in a class?
A: It can be 1-1 tuition or group tuition.
Q: Do I have to pay for matching service?
A: This service is free for parents/ students but we do charge the tutors for administration
fees.
Parents/ students:
Q: Can I change the tutor if i found that he or she is not suitable?
A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with the tutor, you can change the tutor without any charges. However, you need to pay the tuition fees for all tuition sessions given by the tutor unless the tutor agreed to provide free trial classes.
Tutors:
Q: Can I change my mind after I have accepted the offer?
A: You can decide whether to accept or reject the tuition job we offer to you. Please note that you should only accept our offer and confirm to take the tuition class if you are serious. If you change your mind after we have recommended you to our parents, legal actions will be taken.
Q: How much referral fees I get if I were to recommend parents to Tuition Street?
A: You will get a 10% referral fees out of the first month tuition fees if the tuition job successfully assigned to a suitable tutor.
Q: How if the parents or students terminate the assignment during first month?
A: Please refer to the disclaimer.
